Dear Friends and Family,

Staffing Needs: We are still looking for a new Kanji teacher. Please contact the school if you know of someone who would be willing to teach these classes. We are also looking for a teacher for the Tuesday elementary PE class. The class meets from 2:00-3:00 and has 14 students in grades 1-4. We ask for patience and flexibility as we work to find a solution to these staffing needs.

E-Zone: The next E-Zone will be on January 30, 2009.

Tennis Schedule: January 30 (3:00-5:00)

Tuesday Devotional Leader: (1/27/2009) Cocreham

Called Community Meeting: The CCSI School Board would like to call a community meeting on January 31, 2009. (9:30-12:00) We would like to gather and discuss future plans for the school. Please be in prayer that God would lead us.

Letter from the School Board: We are sending home a letter from the school board today. It should give you more information for the upcoming meeting. Also, please take some time to fill out the questionnaire that is attached. Your insight and opinions are valuable and we hope that they will help us in making decisions about the school’s future.

Cold and Flu Season: This weekend is a long weekend. Please set aside time for your family to rest and recuperate. Many of our students have been fighting colds or absent with the flu. Please take care. See you next Tuesday.

CCSI ご家族の皆様

スタッフ募集：新しい漢字の先生を今も探しています。もし、皆様のお知り合いの方で、このクラスを教えてくださる方がいらっしゃいましたら、お知らせ下さい。また、火曜日の体育の先生も探しています。このクラスは、2:00–3:00の授業で、1年生から4年生までの14人の生徒が参加しています。解決策を模索している間、皆様も忍耐と柔軟性をもって、対応してくださるようよろしくお願いいたします。

E-Zone:次回のE-Zoneは2009年1月30日です。

コミュニティー　ミーティング：CCSI理事会は1月31日(9:30-12:00）にコミュニティーミーティングを行ないたいと思っています。共に集まり、学校の将来について話し合いの時を持ちたいと思っています。主の導きがありますよう、祈りに覚えて下さい。

理事会からのお知らせ：本日、理事会からのお知らせを一緒にお送ります。来週のコミュニティーミーティングについての詳細が書いてあります。また、添付してあるアンケート用紙にご意見等ご記入の上、土曜日のミーティングにお持ち下さい。お一人お一人の意見はとても大切なものであり、それらが、学校の今後を決める際に役立つ事を願っております。

風邪＆インフルエンザ流行
