Dear Friends and Family,

Thank you for your ongoing prayers for the school board of CCSI. Last Tuesday’s meeting went very well and God blessed us with unity in our decision making. We are excited about the future of CCSI and feel strongly that God continues to lead.

The school board has decided to proceed with the plan to bring the calendar year for both tracks closer together.
In order to accomplish this, we will be lengthening the English Track’s spring break to two weeks and expending the school year until June 26, 2009. Alternately, the Japanese Track will also end the semester on June 26, 2009.

Please note these changes on your calendar. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause your family. The Board will be sending a letter detailing these and other decisions in the coming days.

Staffing Needs: Please pray for new teachers for both the English Track and the Japanese track. We are in need of a part time teacher for the Japanese track and a full time elementary teacher in the English Track. We would also like to hire a part time secretary for the school.

Please contact the school if you know of someone who would be able to meet the above mentioned needs as well as anyone willing to teach a class, help with event planning or simply volunteering to help out a few hours a week.

Tennis Schedule: February 13, 20 & 27 (3:00-5:00)
Hopefully the weather will allow us to play tennis every week this month. Please remember to dress for tennis after lunch and to stretch before class.

FEU: The FEU at the end of the month will be a CCSI Concert of Prayer. Please plan be in attendance for this time to worship and prayer.

CCSI ご家族の皆様

CCSI理事会のために引き続きお祈り下さり、ありがとうございます。火曜日の理事会のミーティングはとても良い時となり、決断する際も、神様が私たちに一致を与えて下さいました。CCSIの将来に期待し、神様の導きをとても強く感じています。

先日の理事会で、両トラックの年間スケジュールを合わせていく方向で進む事を決断しました。そのために、英語部の春休みを２週間にし、６月は２６日まで学期を延長することになります。また、日本語部も６月２６日に学期終了となります。

変更事項を予定表に加えて下さい。このことで、ご家族の皆様にご迷惑をかけてしまうこと、お詫びいたします。これらの事について、また、その他の決定事項についての詳細は近日理事会よりお知らせ致します。

スタッフ募集：英語部、日本語部、両トラックの先生を探しています。日本語部のパートの先生、英語部のフルタイムの先生が必要です、また、学校のパート事務員を雇いたいとも思っております。

これらについて、興味がある方、また教えて下さる方、イベント計画を手伝って下さる方、また、週数時間でもボランティアで来て下さる方を知っていましたら、ぜひお知らせ下さい。

天候が守られ、今月は毎週テニスができることを期待します。昼食後、着替えて授業前にストレッチをすませておくように。
