Operation Christmas Child:

Each class will be putting together a shoebox to provide a Christmas present for a child.  A list went home this week of items that would be good to place in the boxes for these children.  

Oct 28-31: School supplies! New supplies; these may be the only school supplies the child receives all year.

Nov 4-7: New socks and underwear!

Also: Small toys and candies. No chocolate, nothing out of date.

クリスマスチャイルド作戦

それぞれのクラスで靴箱にある子ども達のためのクリスマスプレゼントを詰め合わせる事になりました。裏面のリストに子ども達の為のプレゼントに良さそうな物が記載してあります。

１０月２８日～３１日までの間は：

学校用品。新しい学校用品は彼らにとっては一年に一回だけもらえるかもしれない大切なプレゼントです。

11月４日～7日：新しい靴下と下着

小さなおもちゃや、賞味期限の切れていない飴なども大歓迎です。チョコレートはご遠慮下さい。

Please come wearing red/yellow or blue depending on which team you have been assigned to.  Your student should know what color you need to wear.

Elementary students alert!

Parents have requested that elementary students not eat a snack during the morning recess time, and this has become CCSI policy.  Please do not send a snack with your elementary students.  Thank you.

Sports Day Family Sign-up Sheets!

スポーツデーのチーム分けをするため、スポーツデーに参加される人数を記入し、10月14日(火)までに提出して下さい。

小学生への注意

朝の休憩時間にお菓子を食べる事は、規則で禁止されています。小学生のお子様がいる家庭は、休憩時間に食べる用のお菓子を持たせないようお願い致します。ありがとうございます。

教科書の紛失

幾何学の教科書が一冊紛失しています。ご家庭にありましたら、至急学校へ返却下さい。ありがとうございます。

Special family time during summer vacation.

The end of the year means saying good-bye yet again!!  We will be sending off Taylor, Stephen, Heather, Daniel, Matthew and Harrison at the close of summer school.  Stay tuned for details!!!

SUMMER SCHOOL SCHEDULE

Most of our CCSI students will be participating in Summer School next week.  Please come to the Education Building by 8:45 on Tuesday, July 1.  We will finish the day at 12:00.  Students should bring pencils, pens, erasers, and notebooks or paper.  No regular dress code, but please dress modestly in casual summer wear.

祈りの課題

夏休みの間、ご家族の特別な時間がもてますように。

ごきげんよう！

年度末という事は、またさよならを言わなければならない時期になったという事です。サマースクールが終わる頃にテイラー、スティーブン、ヘザー、ダニエル、マスユー、ハリソンを送り出します。

サマースクールのスケジュール

来週から始まるサマースクールには学校のほとんどの生徒が参加します。７月１日火曜日の８時４５分までに教育館へ来て下さい。クラスは１２時までです。生徒は鉛筆、ペン、消しゴム、ノートまたは紙を持って来て下さい。制服で来る必要はありませんが、夏のカジュアルな服装でも控えめな服装で来るようお願いします。

FOR PRAYER: 

It’s June! Praise God for the way He has led us this year, and pray that we would all - teachers, interns and students - finish strong, with hearts that are focused on bringing God glory.

CCSI TALENT SHOW - It’s tomorrow night!!

Our annual talent show will be held tomorrow night, Friday, June 20, after a regular school day. Please come by 6:30pm, having eaten, and bring a snack to share (store-bought is A-OK!!)  The show will begin at 7pm.  Let’s cheer our kids on!!

GOOD-BYE, GOOD-BYE

The end of the year means saying good-bye yet again!!  On Tuesday, June 24th we will send Hannah, Rachel and Seth off with a pot-luck dinner. (Word has it that takoyaki and okonomiyaki are favorites...) Please come at 5pm and join together to show our appreciation for these wonderful young people.

DEVOTIONS: a big blessing!

Many thanks to all parents who took time to bless our school body with a devotional time this year. Each and every one was deeply appreciated.  May God bless you and continually guide you!

SPIRIT WEEK

Tomorrow (Friday, June 20) will be our last day of formal school before summer break. This three-day week will have the following schedule:

Tu (6/24) and W (6/25) students will study as usual in the morning and participate in the games, fun and Bible times of Spirit week in the afternoon.

Th (6/26) All-day Spirit Week Day!!

DRESS CODE

Modesty is our watch-word at all times. During Spirit Week please follow our dress code when choosing shorts and no tank tops/shirts off the shoulders please..

SUMMER SCHOOL SCHEDULE

This year’s summer interns are more than willing to offer extra English classes from July 1-18, Tuesday-Friday, 8:45 am-12:00. We are making the schedule now and including tutorials in writing, math, grammar, vocabulary, industrial arts and a daily period for educational games.  We would like to ask for feedback from last year’s program and any particular subjects you wish to cover for your child (for example, science experiments or cooking class).  We hope to have a sign-up sheet available by June 20, at the Talent Show.

CCSIタレントショー！

毎年恒例のタレントショーが明日６月２０日（金）に行われます。午後6：３０分にお越し下さい。夜ご飯は出ません。皆で分ける為のお菓子などもお持ち下さい（市販のものでも全く問題ありません）ショーは午後7時からです。子ども達にエールを！

スピリチャルウィーク

明日（６月２０日、金）は通常授業最後の日です。

三日間あるスピリチャルウィークは：火（６／２４）から水（６／２５）は午前中は通常授業の後ゲームタイム、午後からは聖書の時間。

木（６／２６）終日スピリチャルウィーク

服装規定について

きちんとした身だしなみを心がけましょう。体育では気候が暑くなってくるとはいえ、丈の短すぎるズボン、タンクトップや肩なしシャツ等を着用するのは止めましょう。

CCSI 2ND FLOOR WINDOWS

There are two windows on the second floor of the Education Building that do not have secure screens.  From time to time students poke their heads out of these windows or even sit on the window sill.  Of course the teachers and interns are always watching out for the safety of your child by prohibiting this, but we will be informing you if your child violates the rule, and ask that you give appropriate consequences.  Thank you.

CCSIの二階の窓

教育館の二階には網戸がしっかりとしていない窓が２窓ほどあります。時々ではあるものの、生徒達が窓から頭を出したり、身を乗り出す光景が見受けられます。安全のため、教師、インターン共に注意するよう心がけていますが、もし生徒達が規則を破るような事があれば皆様にお知らせし、適切な判断をお願いします。ありがとうございます。
